Pennsylvania...land of, um, trees???
We've moved...again. We were given packing orders to Williamsport, PA last week. Dan and I started the trek last Friday and just gotten over the border into Ohio when we got the call that Dan's sister-in-law, Heidi, was in labor! I was worried we wouldn't be around to see the little one and now we were getting the chance. 2 hours later, and seeing the same hay bales again, we got back to Muncie just in time to say hello to the newest member of the Brown clan. Such a beautiful baby!
Pennsylvania is definitely beautiful with its hills and lush surroundings. The hotel where we're staying is nice and no signs of mold anywhere...woo hoo! But we're literally just an exit off the interstate. Wait, that's not fair. There's a truck stop and fireworks store too...how could I forget?!? My hotel backs up to these woods and I'm waiting for Sasquatch to come strolling out any day now. Dining options, are of course rare. There's the American staple: McDonald's and a 24-hour buffet at the truck stop. Hold me back! Trying to eat well when you have seriously limited dining choices is really difficult but I'm determined not to blow up to obscene proportions. I will not buy clothes that are bigger than my current size. I'll go without food if I have to get back to normal proportions but so far, we're good!
It's taken me about 4 days to finally post this entry as I've been so busy setting up the new "office" here in nowheres-ville. I did get a break in the action to hit up Target and Barnes and Noble today...I'm still on that retail high!
